Returns Policy

eGeekiel Products Co. DOES NOT accept returns, offer refunds, or offer replacements on ANY opened packages. If a pack has been opened we will NOT replace with another at all. In other instances we will speak with each customer on a case by case basis. If you file a chargeback for any reason, eGeekiel Products Co reserves the right to refuse you service in the future and you will be added to the US kratom vendors blacklist of known scammers and thieves. We will not tolerate chargebacks or intended rip offs of any sort.

If a customer wishes or requires a replacement of an unopen or undamaged 250 gram pack the customer is responsible for shipping and handling to and from eGeekiel Products Co. The customer must contact eGeekiel Products Co here in order to obtain an RMA number if a replacement is being requested and if the 250 gram pack is undamaged or unopened (seal not broken).

This RMA number will be used for all correspondence and replacement policy from this point forward on this claim only. We always work with every  disgruntled or unsatisfied customer in every way possible to resolve any issues. We would hope that you would correspond with us FIRST before leaving any bad reviews or bad feeedback in any public or private forum or on any social media page. We do guarantee our products as far as freshness and cleanliness, but beyond that no guarantees as to effectiveness or potency is given in any manner at any time to anyone.
